I cannot get mine to work at all. new out of box. battery charged. I hear pump but thing for many minutes. I tried to do it also with electrostatic off just to see.... still not work... is this an option to not use electrostatic option and use as a regular sprayer? If so, do you just turn off the electrostatic button? I bought this to spray food plots so not sure if will work for that even if I get it to work. The information on Amazon was not clear (sanitation and cleaning as your information states), so now I'm wondering if I wasted my money If I can use this (once I figure out how to get it to work) where/how can I get other nozzles/wands/adjustable nozzles or wand extensions?

The EI Solutions EISX100 may not be spraying due to several reasons:
1. Tank Not Charged – It may take a few minutes of run time before the tank is charged and Electrostatic Mode functions properly.
