To reset and flush the filters on a SimPure Y7:

1. Flush the system automatically – When powered on, the system will flush the membrane for 30 seconds. The indicator light will be on during this process.

2. Manually flush the membrane – Push and hold the Flushing button for 5 seconds. Purified water will flow from the outlet until the internal 0.45-gallon pure tank empties.

3. Perform an extended flush – Push the Flushing button once, and the system will flush for 60 seconds before stopping automatically. To cancel the flush, push the button again.

4. Important Note – Always fully empty the Y7 feed water tank before refilling with fresh potable (tap) water. Remove the tank from the system before refilling.
