    TO INSTALL OR REPLACE BATTERY This product works with 1 x 3V CR2032 lithium battery (included). Remove isolation sheet before use. Open battery case cover at the bottom of scale. Take out the used battery with the aid of a sharp object.     TARE WEIGHT FUNCTION To weigh different loads consecutively without removing loads from the scale, place first load on the scale to obtain a weight reading. Once the weight from the first load is displayed, press and hold the [ZERO] key breifly. The LCD will display ---- and reset back to zero despite the first load still being present on the weighing platform.

    TO START WEIGHING WEIGHING MODE Place the scales on a firm, level surface. Place bowl (if used) on the scale. Press [ZERO/MODE] key to activate the scales. Wait until LCD shows ‘0’. Press [ZERO/MODE] button to convert to weight mode. If using a container to weigh items, load the container onto the scale - the LCD will display the weight of the container.

    TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE If the scale fails to operate: Check to make sure the scale is inserted with the correct battery, 1 x 3V CR2032 lithium battery (included). Check the packaging and contents for completeness and damages. Should the contents in the packaging not be complete or damaged, do not use the device.
