1.5.2 OMU II Topology with Eight High-Power Remotes

The following figure illustrates an installation with several sectors (up to eight) – each with a
dedicated connection via the POI unit to the OMU II. The POI adjusts the power level of each
services to 10dBm and routes it to one or more (according to manual configuration on the unit) optic
converter units.
