4 - Before First Use • Remove your appliance from the packaging. • Assemble the appliance per any assembly instructions. • If required, assemble the glass lid, screw the plastic knob to the glass lid, using the supplied screw. • Before using the appliance for the first time, carefully clean the pan and lid.

For best results always pre-heat the pan for three to four minutes before use by plugging the power cord into the mains and allowing the appliance to heat up whilst covered with the lid, without any food inside. Turn the regulator knob clockwise, and the heat will go from OFF to Maximum. Turn the regulator dial counter-clockwise, and heat will go from Maximum to OFF.
Cooking Tips Make sure all of your ingredients are chopped/sliced/diced to similar sizes. This helps everything cook at the same rate. Choose cooking oil that can handle the high temperature of the pan. Groundnut oil or vegetable oil can reach much higher temperatures. Traditionally peanut oil is used for stir fry dishes.
