    ASSEMBLY Fix the stem tube and lock the kickstand. Fix the handlebar into the stem tube with the screws in the box. Use the hexagon wrench in the box to tighten After the installation is complete, detect the scooter by switching the 6 screws on all 3 sides of the handlebars.
