Warranty
1. The product warranty period is determined by the purchase certificate, and the product
warranty period is 1 year.
2. Warranty Conditions:
General Warranty: Consumers who buy this product are entitled to send it to

our company for free repair or replacement within the warranty period. The
replacement parts are mainly accepted products with the same or higher
specifications.
New product warranty: within 7 days (inclusive) of the invoice date, if the

hardware fails, the packaging and accessories are in good conditions, and
the new product can be replaced by the company with the invoice.
Maintenance warranty: The company provides a 90-day warranty period for

the repaired products. During this period, if the same failure reason occurs
again, consumers can enjoy free maintenance services.
This warranty does not apply to items that listed as free gifts or marketing
◼
materials.
The ownership of the replacement parts, etc. when the company provides
◼
warranty and maintenance services 'all rights are reserved by u-Smart
Technology Co., Ltd and Nugens Technology
3. Except for the machine itself, other accessories are regarded as consumables, (such as lamp
beads, charging cables, wrist straps) are not covered by the warranty.
4. The appearance and printing of the machine are not covered by the warranty due to
natural aging.
5. To ensure the rights of customers, please keep the proof of purchase documents, please
do not remove, or smear the product serial number of this product to prevent it cannot be
correctly identified.
6. If the product is caused by improper use, disassembly, and assembly without the written
authorization of the company, any change in specifications, or the use of non-original
accessories, the product is judged to be human-made damage, and we will have the right to
terminate the warranty service.
