One-handed operation
Activate one-handed operation mode for your convenience when using the device with one
hand.
• U se for all screens: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the current screen.
You can scale down device's screen with simple gestures.
• K eypad and in-call buttons: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the keypad.
• S amsung keyboard: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the Samsung
keyboard.
• C alculator: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the calculator.
• U nlock pattern: Set the device to adjust the size and position of the unlock pattern
screen.
• L earn about one-handed operation: View the tutorial for one-handed operation.
Air gesture
Activate the air gesture feature to control the device without touching the screen.
• L earn about sensor and icon: View information about the gesture sensor and the
indicator that appears while using the air gesture feature.
• Q uick glance: When the screen is turned off, move your hand above the sensor to view
notifications, missed calls, new messages, time and date, and more.
• A ir jump: While viewing emails or webpages, move your hand up or down across the
sensor to scroll the page up or down.
• A ir browse: Move your hand to the left or right across the sensor to browse images,
webpages, songs, or notes.
• A ir call-accept: When a call comes in, move your hand to the left, and then to the right
across the sensor to answer the call.
