Operating and Status LEDs The system displays power supply status and operating modes via LEDs. 9. Preparation for Starting-Up To operate your notebook safety and ensure a long service life, you have to read the “Operational Safety” chapter at the beginning of this manual. The battery life will be reduced if the processor or graphics components of the notebook are used to capacity over an extended period of time.
13. Display 13.1. Opening and Closing the Display The special design of the display hinges keeps the display closed without the need for an additional catch. To open the notebook, fold the display up to the desired position using your thumb and forefinger.
