To use the new enhanced Office features, you need
Microsoft Office'97 or later is recommended. But
the "Reply", "Forward" office key does not support
MS Outlook'97.
(Instal Word, Excel, PowerPoint or MS Outlook will
let Office keyboard funcion more powerfull).
The enhanced Office features compatible with a lot
of leading applications also. (If applications build
function name is same as hot keys button's printing
name, press the target key, the target function will
done action).
Note:
"Sleep" hot key functionality is available if your
system support power management (ACPI) and has
is enabled, and all the peripherals (VGA or Sound
card or Mose...) are compatible with power
management.
Clipboard Hot Keys
Back
Goes back to a previous item you already viwed in
programs and support the "Back" command, such as
a Web browser.
Forward
Goes to the next item-if it was prewiously viwed in the
same sesion in programs that support the "Forward"
command, such as a Web browser.
Cut
Cut the selected item(s) to the Clipboard.
Paste
Pastes the previously cut or copied item(s).
Copy
Copies the selected item(s) to the Clipboard.
Mark
Use the cursor movement directional Arrow keys the
Mark key to select and mark item(s).
Appl. Sw
Switches between the activ window and proviously
opened windows.
Close
Closes the active application window
Scroll Pad
Provides the same functions as a scrolling mose with
4D direction Up and Down, Right and Left (optional).

Word
Open Microsoft Word. User can also reassign the Word Hot Key to
different Application.
Excel
Open Microsoft Excel. User can also reassign the Excel Hot Key to
different Application.
PowerPoint
Open Microsoft PowerPoint. User can also reassign the PowerPoint Hot
Key to different Application.
Calendar
Open Microsoft Outlook. The default set to Calendar. User can also
reassign the Calendar Hot Key to different Application.
