Read and understand these instructions completely before installing the Tie Down Hatch Rail System. It is the installer's
responsibility to follow installation instructions to ensure design performance of the Tie Down Hatch Rail System.
The installer could be liable for claims that result from improper installation.
The Tie Down Hatch Rail System is designed to
protect open rooftop access hatchways and to
provide grab bars for assistance in ascending
and descending the hatchway.
Tools Required (Not Included) for Installation:
• Level
• Drill with 1/2" drill bit
• 5/16-inch Hex (Allen) Wrench
• 5/16-inch Hex Drive Socket (to fit torque wrench)
• Torque wrench 5 – 50 ft. lb. range
• Marker or Pencil
• Tape Measure
• Blue (removable) Tread Locking Compound
