1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1" DR. Air impact wrench recommended for its use in large vehicles, commercial vehicles and
heavy machinery; with its high torque it allows to make a great force with minimal effort.

2. SPECIFICATIONS

- Rated No Load Speed: 3600 R.P.M.
- Maximum Torque: 3.260Nm.
- Capacity Bolt Diameter: 50mm.
- Air Pressure: 8-14KG/CM.
- Net Weight: 18.5Kg.

3. SAFETY WARNING

Use eye and ear protection when using this tool.
Make sure the tool is switched off before connecting/disconnecting air hose.
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before each use, lubricate air intake with 3-5 drops of engine oil (do not use oil with big viscosi-
ty). Next, connect air hose and keep the tool running idly for 1-2 seconds. This way we get the
lubricant to spread out for the internal parts of the tool and the motor to work in its full power.
Check if the manometer indicates 10KG before using the tool. Safety standard level within 6-8KG
of working pressure.
To prevent tool wearing, it is recommended to connect an air filter, regulator and oiler between
pneumatic gun and air compressor.
Make sure oil level in the oiler is correct. Fill with oil if necessary.
To choose the desired speed, use the speed regulator:
- Air inlet: ½".
- 6-speed.
- Product dimensions: 670mm long.
- Supplied in plastic box with sockets of 32 and
33mm.
Rotation direction:
R: Right (clockwise)
L: Left (anticlockwise)
Rotation speed:
1: Low
2: Medium
3: High
