  • Page 4: Before Starting Measurement

    STARTING MEASUREMENT AND WATER DETECTION Before starting measurement; Check if the battery is fully charged. Get prepared beforehand according to search style ( square), on the field where you want to search for probs. Square working style Be sure that cables clipses are fully and accurately plugged. Before you start work, if your working space is too dry soil, make the ground where probs will be in slightly wet Tools required for work: rubber gloves to be protected from electric shock, hammer for the probs to be soil, cable pliers to get probs from the soil, screwdriver for changing fuse, White towel to be protected from sunlight, metre to measure...
  • Page 5 1.1 Starting Meausurement and Searching water Set the depth between each prob as double according to how many metres deep you want to search probs for measurement. For example, As an example in the photo ; there is 200 metres distance between each prob for water detection in 100 metres deep. Cables length between probes and device should be 200 metres.

    After language is selected device search screen will appear. You can select AUTOMATIC or MANUAL options in this searching screen. On device search screen, battery indicator is on the top left corner. Before starting search you should be sure of your battery fully charged. If the indicator is % 20 or less ,then maybe you get wrong readings.

    1.2 MANUAL SEARCHING Press on OK button which is on MANUAL searching option on the screen. Press on OK button when you want a measure. Measure will start in probs you have selected. In whichever probs there is a searching, led lamps belonging to probs light on device.

    THE EFFECTS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS AND FIELD CONDITIONS 1 - The device is produced for tough environmental conditions. However you shouldn't forget that your detector is a sensitive electronic device. Don't be aware of using all features of your detector, but use it with care and protection. 2 - You must protect your detector from extreme cold and hot temperatures.
