6. Twisting clockwise so that the lid catches locate and lock onto the glass tabs on the glass blending jug. The measuring cup locks into the lid by inserting into the lid and turning clockwise. Always ensure the lid is firmly in place before operating with the measuring cup in the lid.

REAPPLYING THE SEALS AFTER WASHING 1. To reapply the seal, make sure the seal has the two sealing strips on the outside. 2. The seal should slot into place using the groove on the bottom ridge of the lid. 3. Make sure the seal is secure before using the appliance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • When using the appliance for the first time you may notice a slight burning smell.
