If the AkcesMED BodyMap cushion does not maintain its shape and the valve is not functioning, check the valve for proper operation. If the valve is missing or cannot be used, leave the cushion without the valve for a few minutes to allow pressure to equalize. Also, inspect and adjust the amount of filling granules by opening the cork at the back of the cushion and adding or removing granules as needed.
