To fix the ringing issue on the SCHOK FLIP phone:

1. From the Home Screen, press the OK key.
2. Use the Navigation key to select and press OK on "Tools & Settings."
3. Use the Navigation key to select and press OK on "Settings."
4. Use the Navigation key to select and press OK on "Sound settings."
5. Use the Navigation key to select and press OK on "Phone ringtone."
6. Scroll to the desired ringtone and press OK to set it.

If you want no audible ringtone:
- In the "Phone ringtone" menu, scroll to "None" and press OK to set it.

Also, make sure "Vibrate for calls" is turned off if you only want sound.

    Warning The battery of the Schok flip is removable. Only use a Schok authorized replacement battery, otherwise it can damage your phone and void its warranty. The Schok battery replacement model number for this device is SB2000 .

    Inserting the SIM card and Micro SD card Remove the back cover and remove the battery. Remove the battery by inserting your fingernail at the bottom (“Pull/Jale”) and lift the battery out. Locate the slot for the Nano SIM card (A) and slide it in until it is fully inserted. The angled cut of the SIM card must be facing the left side of the SIM card slot, the gold- colored connectors must be facing down.
