- Page 6 • Install two AAA batteries by opening the battery compartment door (using your fingernail or a small flat-edged screwdriver) on the bottom of the Explore Scientific ReflectorSight™ (note the direction of polarity for the batteries), then replace the battery door by pushing down gently until you feel the door snap in place.
