We have a visual pager display that is no longer working/showing lights is any kind or number.
If the Visual-Pager 900 Series is not displaying any lights, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Power Source: Ensure the keypad is powered on, as the display gets power from the keypad. If the keypad is off, the display will also be off.
2. Verify Wiring Connections: Make sure all displays and keypads are correctly wired together. Confirm that SIGNAL and GROUND polarity are maintained.
3. Inspect Cable Type: Use 16 or 18 AWG paired wire and connect them to the two-conductor terminal block on the back of the display.
4. Use of RCA Connectors: If using RCA connectors, ensure the coaxial cable is securely connected.
