57GUNMOD INTRODUCTION This product consist of oil gun, digital meter, inlet oil hose, cam measure (low, medium and high viscosity), liquid and non flammable fuel accurately. These include lubrication oil, antifreeze liquid and other liquids. The electronic system of microprocessor have function with display control and calibration. This kind of oil meter gun is an integration of oval gear flow meter with high precision. -
Page 3: Working Principle
57GUNMOD WORKING PRINCIPLE The measurement system is based on the bore of the oil meter which contains two elliptical gears. The gear will rotate when the oil flows through the bore of gun. The flow of oil is the same at each rotation. When gears rotate, the generated pulse signal will be recorded to processes by a microprocessor. - Page 4 57GUNMOD OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT - If you want to clear the total filling data, please operate as below: a) Press and hold the Reset button until you see Picture C, and then click the Reset button, until you see Picture D.

57GUNMOD ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS a) The flow-meter, according to the appropriate oil adjustment within the system itself, there is a tra c parameter value (gear rotates a cycle pulse oil value) set values, such as 000236, as shown in Picture 10, customers can change according to their own requirements. - Page 7 57GUNMOD OPERATION ON BODY AND MOUTH OF OIL GUN 1. The body of the oil gun is made of high quality aluminum alloy with casting molding and the internal parts of gun is made by CNC with high precision, using import ring can ensure good sealing function. The inlet of gun is stalled with rotating filter connector, oil gun and connecting hose, can rotate and change direction freely.

57GUNMOD MAINTENANCE This product needs regular maintenance: When signal of battery become flashing, you must replace new battery. To replace the battery use a screwdriver to remove two batteries and tighten screw and replace battery directly, (battery specification: Duracell or NanFu 7), Please notice the pole of battery when replacing, see picture below:... -

57GUNMOD MAINTENANCE (CONT.) If it does not work, please release the pressure by buckling the oil gun trigger. Digital measurement oil meter gun should be calibrated for one time every half a year at least, calibration frequency should be increased on special circumstance. - Page 10 ATTENTION! It is prohibited to fill inflammable liquid and corrosive liquid. Before using the oil filling gun, it should be calibrated or after using for one month, or change another type of oil. Any Loss caused by your improper operation or not caused in accordance with our instructions, our company will not bear the responsibility.
