Operation APPLICATION SETUP VCT Tile Never use a blade wider than the size of the tile being removed. If materials being re- moved still do not come up clean or machine jumps on top of materials, reduce blade size until proper blade size is found or use a smaller portion of the blade. Pure Vinyl Rubber Tile Materials will need to be scored down to 25.4-30.5 cm for proper removal.

Maintenance WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE PERFORMING MAINTE- NANCE. WHEEL REMOVAL Examine back of wheels to see if debris is built up. Use a flashlight if needed. Maintenance CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT Follow procedure to change fluid in order to drain the tank. Re-place drain plug and filler port cap. Disconnect valve plunger from control linkage. Mark the placement of the four hoses so they can be returned to their original positions. Disconnect and remove the four hoses from valve body.
