A pressure relief valve must fitted if the
pressure in the water pipe is higher than the
value given in section I above, otherwise
the product will not work properly. The
manufacturer cannot accept liability for any
damages resulting from improper use.
IMPORTANT:
Take suitable precautions to avoid water
damage when emptying the product.

MAINS CONNECTION

Check that the product is full of water
before starting.
Make sure to connect the product to earth
when connecting to the mains.
A damaged cord or plug must be replaced
by an authorised service centre or
qualified person to ensure safe use.
A hissing noise may be heard when the
water is heating. This is normal. The noise
can increase in time as a result of scale.
Remove scale regularly to avoid high level
of noise.
Models with power cord and plug
Models with power cord and plug are
connected to a power point. The product
can be disconnected from the mains by
unplugging the plug.
The wires in the connecting cable are
connected as follows.
Wire with brown insulation is
connected to the live wire (L).
Wire with blue insulation is
connected to the neutral wire (N).
Wire with yellow/green insulation is
connected to the earth wire (

Models without connecting cable
for permanent connection
The product must be connected to a
separate circuit. The circuit must have a 16
A fuse. Single wires (not stranded) must
be used for connection. The minimum
cross-sectional area is 3 x 1.5 mm2 for an
output of 2000 W.
The circuit to which the product is
connected must have a built-in all-pole
switch that complies with the
requirements for overvoltage category III.
The plastic casing must be removed
before the electrical connection of the
product. The connection follows the
marking of the terminals in the
overheating protection.
The power cord can be connected to the
control panel with a stress reliever. Replace the
plastic casing correctly after connection.

NOTE:
The product must be connected to a correctly
fused separate circuit. Only connect the
product to a correctly earthed power point.

USE
Before using the product for the first time
check that it is correctly connected to the
power supply and full of water.
