Charging time from empty to full battery is approximately 6-7 hours (at room temperature with the Soundbox V3 in Standby mode). The Soundbox V3 can be charged in Standby mode as well as in On mode while playing music. While playing music the charging time will be longer than in Standby mode.

Place the FireWare Soundbox v3 on a flat surface and plug the cable from the mains adaptor into the DC input socket located at the rear of the Soundbox V3 (marked ‘DC in’) ensuring that the plug is pushed fully into the socket. Plug the mains adaptor into a wall socket and switch on the socket.

To continue to setup the FireWare Soundbox v3, press the Power button. If this is the first time that you use the Soundbox V3 (or after a Factory Reset) the display will show ‘Setup wizard’ and ‘YES’ will be highlighted on the screen.

User Manual FireWare Soundbox V3 Select “Perfectpro Audisse” to cause your phone, tablet or PC to pair with your sound system and to establish a connection. Once the connection is established, the Bluetooth icon on the LCD will stop flashing and will remain on.
FireWare Soundbox V3 Making a playlist With the FireWare V3 you have the option to create a playlist for your staging. Press the power button to turn on the FireWare Soundbox v3 Press the Source button to select Music player Use the Tuning button to select USB playback and press the Tuning button to confirm.
Note: When using Internet Radio it is not necessary to erect and extend the metal telescopic antenna. The WiFi antenna is built into the housing. Press the Power button to switch on the FireWare Soundbox v3. Then press the Source button to select the Internet radio mode display.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight your chosen radio station and then press the control to enter your selection. The display will show “Connecting...” while the FireWare Soundbox v3 connects to the new station. The station should then start playing. Adjust the volume as needed.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until “Shared media” is highlighted and press the con- trol to select. The FireWare Soundbox v3 will scan for all available UPnP servers. It may take a few seconds for the FireWare Soundbox v3 to complete its scan. it will display “<Empty>” if no UPnP servers are found.

During the scanning process, as new stations are detected the station counter will increase and the stations will be added to the list which is stored in the Soundbox V3. The bar graph indicates the progress of the scan. When scanning is completed the radio will list the stations found (in numeric-alpha order 0..9...A...Z), unless it has previously been tuned to a DAB station.

Press the Source button as needed to select FM radio mode. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control in a clockwise direction. The displayed frequency will increase. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to carry out an autotune. Your FireWare Soundbox V3will scan up the FM band from the currently displayed frequency and will stop scanning when it finds a station of sufficient strength.

If RDS information is available, after a few seconds the display will show the FireWare Soundbox v3 station name. If you only hear hiss or interference, simply press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to scan further.

User Manual FireWare Soundbox V3 Factory Reset If you wish to completely reset the FireWare Soundbox v3 to its initial state this may be performed by following this procedure. By performing a factory reset, all user entered settings will be erased.

The DAB stations list together with any preset stations will be erased and your wireless network connection details will be lost. All configuration settings will be restored to their defaults, the clock and alarms will be reset.
