INTERFACE There are two button, one OLED screen and two LED in green and blue on the piCOBOT®. When the piCOBOT® is on, the button “V” starts the vacuum and the button “B” starts the Blow-off manually. The Blow-off (B) is overrides all other tasks.

MOUNTING MOUNTING THE piCOBOT® The piCOBOT® is deliverd premounted. Therefore, the first thing you need to do is to remove the adaptor plate. Unscrew the four torx captive T25 screws. Next, mount the adapter plate to your robot. For adapter plate ISO 9409-1-35.5-4-M5, use 4 x T25 M5 screws to mount to the robot.

The bottom of the piCOBOT® have three different hole patterns (Shown in the Dimensions chapter) to be able to fasten different grippers or suction cups. MOUNTING THE CABLE Connect the cable to the piCOBOT®. The connector have a small notch (shown below) that match the cable. Push it in and screw the cap on.
