  • Page 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1. To fill out all 8 jars, place 46 oz (1.37 L) of fresh, pasteurized milk (it can be either whole milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed) in a clean bowl. Pour 46 oz out some of that milk in a separate bowl 2.4 oz 1.37 L) (70 ml)
