ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Follow each step listed below. STEP 1 Remove protective film from leg attachment plates and fix to both lifting legs with M6 x 20 SS CSK Cap screws. AIM-1003 TABLE ASSEMBLY MANUAL RELEASE DATE: 08/07/2022 VERSION: 3... - Page 5 STEP 2 Open packaging containing table top, leaving table top in pacakaging facing down (as shown in picture below) will help to protect agaisnt and scraching of the table top surface during assembly. Attach legs to table with M6 Nyloc Nuts and Washers, ensuring leg cable is orientated towards inside of table and connect to cables coming from control box in the centre of the table.

- Page 7 STEP 4 Lower the base frame assembly onto the lifting legs – Recommend 2 people for this task. CAUTION – Keep hands & fingers clear of the lifting leg openings in the caster bars while fitting base frame - Pinch Point. Fit washers and screws through caster bar into lift legs and tighten.
- Page 8 STEP 5 Turn table over onto castors to stand upright. Recommend 2 people for this task. Lock castors, plug in 240V electrical plug, hold down button on control panel for 3 seconds then press up button to lift table top to ensure table is functioning. Your Smartpack table is ready for use or the fitment of any other Smartline accessories you have purchased.
