Blue = Good Line. For long lines or stubborn stock, a 12 volt battery is recommended. For short
lines or trained stock a 9 or 6 volt battery is sufficient.
LED line indicator: Pulsing blue light = good line, Red light = poor line
LED battery life indicator: Green light = good, Red light = less than 9v
HT Clip
Position your fencer at a convenient place on the line and push it into the
ground. In very dry conditions, pour water onto the soil around the post to
increase the efficiency of the earth. Additional earthing may be required.
Connect the HT Lead Clip on the end of blue wire to the fence line and then
connect the crocodile clips to the battery (B) - red is positive (+) and black is
negative (-). On connection, the unit will begin pulsing and the line will
become live.
WARNING - RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK WHEN ON.
NEVER CONNECT THIS FENCER TO THE MAINS.
