BEFORE USING YOUR OSTER® CITRUS JUICER
Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the unit:
• With the appliance unplugged, remove the dome, cone, filter and juice container and
wash them with hot, soapy water. Rinse well and wipe them dry.
• Clean the surface of the motor base with a cloth and sponge dampened with
hot, soapy water. CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE UNIT IN WATER. Rinse with a
dampened cloth or sponge and wipe dry.
ASSEMBLING YOUR OSTER® CITRUS JUICER
1. Pull the press arm up, away from the motor base, until fully extended. To insert
the dome, place it into the hole on the underside of the juice press arm and turn it
clockwise. (Fig. 1)
2. Place the juice container onto the drive shaft on top of the motor base, ensuring the
anti-drip spout fits into the semi-circular groove at the front of the motor base. (Fig. 2)
3. Insert the filter into the juice container. (Fig. 3)
4. Place the juicing cone onto the drive shaft and press down lightly to lock the cone into
position. (Fig. 4)

IMPORTANT: In the case of the citrus juicer overheating due to excessive load or long
working time, the safety cutout will activate, preventing the citrus juicer from operating.
Should this occur, unplug and allow the citrus juicer to cool for more than 1 hour before
next use.
1. Ensure the citrus juicer is correctly assembled and a cup or container is placed under
the ant-drip spout before juicing.
