    Safety instruction This instruction is for pallet fork "SH-750EH" manufactured by Songhyun Co.,Ltd. Please read this manual before using your Loader Fork. This manual is provided to give you the necessary operating and maintenance instructions for keeping your Loader Fork in top condition. Please read this manual thoroughly.

Please note the safety stickers whenever working with the implement for not only preventing serious injury or damage to machines, but also reminding you the need for safety operation. This symbol represents the limitation of maximum lift capacity.
  • Page 6 This symbol represents danger of rollover or tumble. Always keep load stable level for safety work. This symbol represents that it is essential to use appropriate length forks for safety work. Serious dangerous situation can be occurred if forks are short to load objects and objects unintentionally tumble.

  • Page 9 Train all new personnel and review instructions frequently with existing workers. A person who has not read and understood all operating and safety instructions is not qualified to operate the machine. An untrained operator exposes himself and bystanders to possible serious injury or death. Do not allow children to handle this machine.
  • Page 10 Personal protection equipment including safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves are recommended during assembly, installation, operation, adjustment, maintaining, repairing, removal, or moving the attachment. Always use two people to handle heavy, unwieldy during assembly, installation, removal, or moving the loader attachment. Never place any part of your body where it would be in danger if movement should occur during assembly, installation, operation, maintaining, repairing, removal, or moving the implement.
  • Page 11 When handling material on a slope, always approach the material with the power unit facing uphill. Only use a power unit equipped with a ROPS cab or rollover protective structure. When stacking material, ALWAYS MAKE SURE MATERIAL IS PLACED SO THE STACK IS STABLE.
  • Page 12 Keep load centered on attachment and loader. Unbalanced loads increase possibility of tipping or roll-over. Never allow anyone to walk or work under a raised loader. Remember it could result serious injury or death when contact is made. Be sure that people, livestock, or pets are not standing near the machine while operating.
  • Page 13 Turn curves or go up or down hills only at a low speed and at a gradual steering angle. Make certain that at least 20% of the tractor’s weight is on the front wheels to maintain safe steerage. Slow down on rough or uneven surfaces and loose gravel.
  • Page 14 Be certain all moving parts on attachments have come to a complete stop before attempting to perform maintenance. Never work under equipment unless it is blocked securely. Never depend on hydraulic system to keep implement in raised position. Keep all people protection devices such as eye, hand and hearing protections when performing any service or maintenance.

    General Instruction 1. Assembly SH-750EH is designed to be attached to only EURO quick mounting(or hitch or coupling) according to ISO 23206:2005(E). The main frame is fully welded and has notched rail for adjusting manually the distance between the forks. Class 2 hook-on typed Forks designed according to ISO 2328 are available.

    When working on side hills, DO NOT RAISE LOADER TOO HIGH. Keep an eye on terrain changes. Keep load low. When stacking, make sure you are operating in an area AWAY FROM OVERHEAD WIRES. Beware of low electrical wires when loader is raised. Serious injury or death can result if contact is made.
