ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: GT13266

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Screw the socket assembly (B) into the base (A).

3. Insert the harp (C) until it sits firmly into the saddle (D).

4. Place the shade (D) over the end of the harp (C) and tighten

with the finial (E) securing the shade in place.

5. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket.

Recommended (1) maximum 150WATT, 3Way，Type "A" Bulb

Or (1) maximum 25 WATT CFL Bulb (Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives
