A recovery volume can be created usng Advanced mode n the Intel Matrx Storage
Console.
Important
Creatng a recovery volume wll permanently delete any exstng data on the drve se-
lected as the recovery drve. Back up all mportant data before begnnng these steps.
■ Recovery Volume n Advanced Mode Creaton
To create a recovery volume n Advanced mode, use the followng steps:
1. Open the Intel Matrx Storage Console. (Start --> All Programs --> Intel Matrx Stor-
age Manager --> Intel Matrx Storage Console)
2. Select Advanced Mode n the Vew menu.
3. Select Create Recovery Volume n the Actons menu.
4. Select Next to contnue.
