OPTIONAL SECUREMENT:
Your surge protector includes a mounting screw to secure
the unit to your outlet and prevent accidental disconnects.
Remove the screw holding your cover plate, leaving the

cover plate in place.
Remove the trim plate, plug the surge protector into your outlet

and secure using the provided screw. Replace the trim plate.
