Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratching. 2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (A), Bottom Panel (B) and Side Panels (C and E) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two Triangle Metal Plates (13) at the bottom joints between Side Panels (C and E) and Bottom Front Stretcher (H) with eight 15 mm Flat Head Screws (5).

  • Page 17 M3.5 x 15 mm Washer Head Screw (24 used in this step) ⑧ 13. Now, go back and securely tighten all the Cam Locks and the Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the parts. This will help keep the unit square. 14.

Make sure you place the four Shelf Pins in the same level so the shelf is not tilted. Tilt and rest the Adjustable Shelves (L and M) onto the Shelf Pins (10) with the end notches of the Shelf fit onto the Shelf Pins properly.

  • Page 20 18. Pick up one Door (K) and attach the extended Hinge Arms to the Hinge Bases installed on Left Side Panel (C). Loosen the bolt on the back of Hinge Base for an easy fit. Align and insert the “U” slot on Hinge Arm under the bolt head on the back of Hinge Base.
  • Page 21 Cam Lock Cover Rubber Bumper (8 used in this step) (4 used in this step) 21. Plug the Cam Lock Covers (9) onto the visible Cams Locks to conceal the Cams. 22. Peel off the Rubber Bumpers (15) from the bumper card and stick them at the outer corners of the Doors (K) where they come in contact with the Partition Panels (D and F).
  • Page 22 NOTE: You must install the strip stopper to prevent the TV from tipping when placing your flat panel television directly on the console. 23. Remove the paper backing from the Stop Rail (N), then properly align the Stop Rail with the top edge of the stopper template on the Top Panel (A).
  • Page 23 Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, Power Drill, 3/8” Drill Bit and Rubber Mallet. 25. Ask for assistance to position the assembled unit at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the installed Floor Levelers (14) at the bottom of the mantel to level the unit. Now, follow the instructions printed on the plastic bag containing the Tipping Restraint Hardware to attach the tip-over restraints to the unit and the wall.
