In order to enable us to provide you
with a fast and efficient service,
please make sure that the following
information is at hand:

telephone number
2. Nature of the complaint,
naming symptoms
3. Date of purchase
4. Product number (E-Nr.),
found on the rating plate
5. Production date (FD),
found on the rating plate
Please consult your instruction manual to locate the rating plate.
The Viva after sales services are responsible for repairing and servicing appliances
which have been directly sold by an official Viva dealer in that respective country.
However, if required, we will attempt to supply spare parts for, and effect repair on
appliances purchased in another country and which have been imported indirectly.
