HOW TO OPERATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL DIAL Turn the temperature control dial to select the desired fabric setting. The preheat light will come on. When the iron reaches the selected temperature the preheat light will go off. ANTI-CALC SYSTEM A special filter inside the water tank softens the water and prevents scale buildup in the soleplate. - Page 7 HOW TO OPERATE Note: It is normal for a small amount of smoke or smell to be produced the first time this iron is used.
