Hi I have the Baridi DH50. It does not churn at all. The black ‘motor head ‘just gets hot.It is only the third time we have tried to use it but it is >1 year old as I put it in the cupboard and presumed I was using it wrong. Does it sound like it needs to be repaired or am I making a common error that I cannot see in the manual. Many thanks Amanda
