before using this power mask.
2. This mask does not provide oxygen.
Always follow the Permissible Exposure
Limit (PEL) guidelines set by OSHA .
3. Do not use in atmospheres immediately
dangerous to life or health.
Failure to heed these warnings may result in
sickness or death.
Grizzly's Model H6175 Half Face Power Mask
(shown in Figure 1) facilitates easy breathing and
protects against industrial contaminates.
To use the Half Face Power Mask:
1.
Remove the mask and all components from
its container.
2.
Unscrew the cartridge cover as shown in
Figure 2.
3.
Place a pre-filter on the outside of the car-
tridge with the soft side to the air.
4.
Twist on the cartridge cover.
5.
Open the battery pack cover and install four
AA batteries (Figure 3). Replace the cover.
6.
Plug the power cord into the battery pack.
7.
Place the mask on your face and the plastic
head strap on your head.
