Select training weight by using both
weight-stack pins. Move back pad into
desired position, supine (positions 3-8)
or seated (positions 1-2). Place feet in
desired position on footplate. Adjust
starting position with handle under
seat so legs are bent to 90 degrees
at start.

the lubricant to a cotton cloth and then apply up and down the
