    SSH Donning and Adjustment Procedures Don the SSh. Threadthewaistbandwebbingthroughthebuckleandpullthewebbinguntilasnugfitisachieved,repeat the same process for the chest strap. Releasethehookandloopretainerononeofthetorsoadjustmentstraps (e). pull the webbing in a vertical motionuntilasnugfitisachievedthroughthetorso,re-fastenthehookandloopretainer.Repeatthesame processontheothertorsoadjustmentstrap. Bring the two clips (f) of the crotch strap between your legs and fasten them to the lower metal D-rings on the front of the harness.

    threading the Cam Buckle note: Harness cylinder bands adjust for all standard cylinder top View diameters: 6.9” (17.5 cm), 7.25” (18.5 cm), and 8.0” (20.3 cm). The cylinder bands are properly threaded to the buckles when the harness leaves the factory. If rethreading is necessary, follow the procedure in this section.

Load each weight pouch with equal amounts of weight for optimum balance, preventing the ten- dency to roll to one side during the dive. Also, it is strongly recommended that each weight pouch isfullyloadedwithfourseparateblocks.Forex- ample, if you want to load the weight pouch with 12 pounds, use four separate 3 pound blocks.
