Notes: If Extreme Boot fails, check the following:
• If the keyboard is connected to the correct USB connector.
• If the USB connector or dongle of the keyboard is plugged in.
• If Extreme Boot is enabled in BIOS.
• If you have set BIOS with passwords, Extreme Boot cannot be used.
Disable Extreme Boot
Use either of the following methods to disable Extreme Boot:
• Connect the keyboard to a different USB connector.
• Disable Extreme Boot in BIOS:
1. Restart or turn on the computer, and then press F1 repeatedly to enter BIOS when the logo screen is
displayed. Alternatively, you can press and hold F1 while starting the computer to enter BIOS.
2. Select Start menu ➙ Power ➙ Extreme Boot ➙ Disabled.
Note: If you want to enable Extreme Boot again, select Enabled in the same menu.
