Downloading modes
Download more shooting modes from GALAXY Apps.
On the preview screen, tap MODE on the Edge screen → Download.
• T o get the best shots using panorama mode, follow these tips:
– Move the camera slowly in one direction.
– Keep the image within the frame on the camera's viewfinder.
– Avoid taking photos of indistinct backgrounds, such as an empty sky or a plain
wall.
• Y ou can record videos in dual camera mode for up to 5 minutes in Full HD and up
to 10 minutes in HD or VGA.
• W hile recording videos in dual camera mode, sound is recorded by the internal
microphone.

The available options may vary depending on the mode and which camera is being
used.

: Activate or deactivate the flash.

: Set the number of photos to take when taking photos with the front camera.
• : Select the length of the delay before the camera automatically takes a photo.
• : Select a filter effect to use when taking photos or recording videos. To download
more effects, tap Download. To change the order of effects or hide effects from the list,
tap Manage effects.
• : Select a resolution for photos. Using a higher resolution will result in higher quality
photos, but they will take up more memory.
To access additional camera settings, open the preview screen and tap
• B eauty face: Set the device to take a photo with lightened faces for gentler images.
• E xposure value: Change the exposure value. This determines how much light the
camera's sensor receives. For low-light situations, use a higher exposure.
