Apps and features
Using DeX Live
Control the DeX Live screen using the keyboard or mouse connected to the computer.
Launch any of the apps in your smartphone on the DeX Live screen.
When you receive a notification on your smartphone while using DeX Live, you can check it
quickly on the DeX Live screen. You can move files easily between the computer and DeX Live
by drag and drop, and you can also copy and paste text.
You cannot launch an app simultaneously both on DeX Live and the smartphone.

Moving files

On the DeX Live screen, click and hold a file to select it in the My Files app or Gallery app and
drag it to the computer screen. On the computer screen, select a file and drag it to the DeX
Live screen, the My Files app, or the Gallery app.

Copying and pasting text

Using the keyboard shortcut keys or mouse, copy text on the DeX Live screen or computer
screen and paste it in the text input field on the other screen.

View various Global Goals such as fighting to end poverty, reducing social inequality, and
tackling climate change. You can donate to support specific goals that you care about. You
can also earn money for donations to NGOs or charities when you see ads on the screen while
your device is charging.
Launch the Samsung Global Goals app.
