- Page 4 ASSEMBLING 1. Holding the Stainless steel Hopper, align the slots of the Ceramic Burr Grinder with the Central Shaft and place the Ceramic Burr Grinder in its place. 2. To ensure the Ceramic Burr Grinder is correctly assembled, slightly push it in a downward motion so that the spring draws it back up in an upward motion.
