The machine
turns off and the
pump activates
automatically after
the cover is closed.
The vacuum cycle
starts, activiating
the vacuum
pump, but then
stops within a
few seconds and
the button will
flash (without
evacuating the
tank or sealing
the bag).

The oil reconditioning program
has been automatically activated

The cover has not been closed.
The cover gasket is dirty or worn.
Possible cause
The electrical board is faulty.
The vacuum is not produced.
The pump oil must be replaced. Contact the Technical Assistance
The packaging cycle is
terminated in advance
because a wet product is being
packaged.
The machine is in "first start-
up" mode (see the installation
instructions – phase 13).
Wait for the end of the
"reconditioning cycle" (15 minutes).
Apply light pressure to the top of
the cover to create an airtight seal.
Clean the gasket.
Replace the gasket.
Solution
Contact the Technical Assistance
Service.
Clean or replace the cover gasket
(contact the Technical Assistance
Service to replace it).
Make sure the cover closes
correctly.
Press the button to reset the
alarm.
Service.
Press the button to reset the
alarm.
Close the cover with light pressure
and press the button. All of
the buttons light up and the oil
reconditioning cycle starts (
flash).
Wait 15' for the procedure to
finish.
