your payment method in order to use paid apps.
You can sign up and register payment methods on the TV or on our website
(www.lgappstv.com).
Problem
When entering menu,
the "Initialising" message
always appears.
There is no content shown
on the Premium card.
• The "Initialising" message appears while the
microprocessor and hardware are rebooted, network
communications are set up, and communication with
SDP (device authentication and basic information
download) is established. This takes about 20 seconds
and is a normal process.
• Content may not be shown if you change the country
setting on Smart TV. Change country in
Settings ➙ OPTION ➙ Service Country
