Instructions

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly, please read all warnings and safety precautions.
WARNING
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, plug-in the pump to a residual current device (RCD) (not supplied).
• Do not exceed the voltage shown on the pump.
• Always disconnect the pump from the power source before performing any maintenance or work on the pump, light(s) or any fountain fittings.
• Inspect the power cord for damage before installation and/or maintenance. Replace the entire pump if damage is found.
• Use a proper power source as indicated on the pump label. Keep the cord away from high temperatures and/or heat sources.
• Do not lift the pump by its power cord.
• Keep the water feature out of reach of children.
• Do not let the pump run dry. Pump must be completely submerged for proper operation and cooling.
• Do not pump hot liquids.
• Operate with freshwater only. Avoid heavily chlorinated water and water with high PH levels.
• Place water feature outdoors on a clean, level surface.
• Store indoors during cold weather periods. Do not operate in freezing weather conditions.
• Only use with the pump / transformer / adapter provided.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn the Small Barrel (5) upside down and screw the
Medium Panel (4) to it using the screws provided (9).
2. Turn the Medium Barrel (6) upside down and screw the
Large Panel (11) to it using the screws provided (9).
3. Connect the black side of the Pipe (7) into the Water Pump
(8) and place the Water Pump (8) in to the Large Barrel (10).
Connect the other side to the bottom of the Medium Barrel
(6). Do not plug into power supply until the fountain is fully
assembled and has been filled with water.
4. Place the Medium Barrel (6) on top of the Large Barrel (10)
and screw the Large Panel (11) to the top of the Large Barrel
using the screws provided (9).
5. Insert a Pipe (7) into the bottom of the Small Barrel (5) and
connect the other side of the Pipe (7) to the inside of the
Medium Barrel (6). Screw the Medium Panel (4) to the top of
the Medium Barrel (6) using the screws provided (9).
6. Screw the Decorative Pump Handle (1) on to the Spout (2)
though the pre-drilled holes using the screws provided(9).
Attach the Pipe (7) to the bottom of the Spout (2).
Then screw the Spout (2) to the Small Panel (3) using the
screws provided (9).
7. Connect the Pipe (7) to the bottom of the Small Barrel (5) and
screw the Small Panel (3) to the top of the Small Barrel (5).
8. Gently pour water into the fountain, being careful not to
overflow which will cause splashing. Make sure the water
completely submerges the pump and the water runs clear
during operation. Plug the pump cord into your power supply.
Make sure that there is no water around the plug & always
keep the power source in a dry place.
o NOTE: We recommend that you use distilled water to prevent
scale build-up. The first time you operate the pump it can take
up to 5 minutes for the air to be completely expelled and water
to flow properly.
