NOTE: The Sanitize and Sanitize With Oxi cycle water temperature CANNOT be changed. The Sanitize and Sanitize
With Oxi cycle are certified by NSF International, an independent third party testing and certification organization. The
certification verified that the cycle reduced 99.9% of bacteria typically found in residential laundry and that no significant
contamination is transferred to subsequent washer loads. Only the Sanitize and Sanitize With Oxi cycle have been
designed to meet the requirements of NSF Protocol P172 for sanitizing effectiveness.
The Sanitize with Oxi cycle, when using an Oxi additive along with your detergent, is designed to remove 99.9% of
bacteria found in home laundry. Measure the detergent and the Oxi products carefully. Place the Oxi product directly in the
bottom of the wash tub, before adding the clothes. The washer hot water supply connection must provide a minimum of 120°F
to ensure the effectiveness of this cycle.
