1.Pour soup/sauce into a microwave-safe bowl.
0.2-0.8 kg
Cover with plastic wrap. Place food in the oven.
2.After heating, stir and stand covered for 3 minutes.
Pierce using a skewer on the surface.
Placefood on the glass turntable. After cooking.

using the laboratory thermometer.

3.The final water temperature measurement must be
completed within 10 seconds after the end of heating
