PROBLEM
Water on the floor
Sudden noise
Error Code: E1 or

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The drain hose is loose.
The machine starts drainage
process.
Motor is blocked or not able to
function.
Failure of the temperature
sensor.
Failure of the humidity sensor.
Failure of the water pump
The machine is not in a level
position.
The drain hose is blocked.
Failure of the defrost sensor.
SOLUTION
Tighten the connection of the
drain hose.
The water pump can create
sounds during operation. This is
a normal sound.
Remove blockage or contact
XPOWER for more assistance.
The dehumidification can
function but you won't be able
to see the temperature/humidity
on the screen. Contact XPOWER
for more assistance.
Contact XPOWER for more
assistance.
Position the machine on a level
surface.
Remove blockage.
The dehumidification can
function but will defrost for 5
minutes every half an hour.
