Had this chain saw never been used its a 22" 58cc and tried to start it straight out of the box, on Wednesday really struggled and after following the instructions was unable to start the chainsaw unfortunately never got it going, took sparkplug out and brand new no oil on it perfectly clean, it has been in box for a while since I purchased it approx maybe 6-8 months ago, but didn't even seem like it was going to start, borrowed another chainsaw that had a primer bubble pressed that a few times started immediately. Can you advise me on how and why we couldn't start a brand new machine. Many Thanks
