The connected Bluetooth device connects and
disconnects constantly.
The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move
the device closer to the home theater, or
remove any obstacle between the device
and the home theater.
Turn off Wi-Fi function on the Bluetooth
device to avoid interference.
For some Bluetooth, the Bluetooth
connection can be deactivated
automatically to save power. This does
not indicate any malfunction of the home
theater.
NFC
A device cannot connect with the home
theater via NFC.
Make sure that the device is supported by
NFC.
Make sure that NFC is enabled on the
device (see the device' s user manual for
details).
For pairing, tap the NFC device on the
NFC tag of the home theater.
Network
Wireless network distorted or not found.
Make sure that the wireless network is
not disturbed by microwave ovens, DECT
phones, or other neighboring Wi-Fi devices.
Place the wireless router and the home
theater within five meters of each other.
If the wireless network does not work
properly, try a wired network installation
(see 'Set up the wired network' on page
12).
Miracast
Cannot play and stream online video through
Miracast.
Make sure that Miracast is enabled on the
Miracast source device (refer to the source
device's user manual).
Make sure that Miracast is enabled on this
home theater (see 'Stream multimedia via
Miracast' on page 22).
If the Miracast connection fails or the
media content does not show up
automatically on your TV, press
select [Setup] > [Network] > [Miracast
role] > [Group owner] > [Auto], then
repeat Miracast connection (see 'Stream
multimedia via Miracast' on page 22).
Make sure that the Miracast source device
supports playing videos from the internet
while performing Miracast streaming to
external device simultaneously (refer to
the source device's user manual).
